Personal Wellness & Self-Care

People are unique. As are personal relationships with health and wellness. I am not terribly interested in talking about running a daily 5k, or eating a grain-free salad at every meal.

Instead, I venture to understand a more holistic view of wellness. One that has me consider the roots of unhealth through the lens of the mind, body, and spirit. A little hocus pocus? Maybe! Still, I hope to explore concepts of healing and self-care as more than bubble baths and a Bath & Body Works cherry blossom-scented candle.
